[public post] Man, PMS makes me so fucking touchy

First, bitch, you did not just rate my Byakuya avvie at 6/10. I don't care if you don't know who Byakuya was or didn't realize I colored the manga art or the fact that you don't get anything about the avvie. Artistic wise, I should not get a 6/10. Behold, you are ignorant. Why am I surprised, especially since you named yourself "Homer Simpson"? Pfft.

Second, I really hate it when I like an author's work, but end up being annoyed by it because I don't agree with the characterization. This happens way too much with Atobe, so we're not even talking about that. No, we're talking Fuuma's characterization. Fuuma is not "evil". Quite frankly, I don't know what to classify him as, but I know that he's not "evil". No character of CLAMP's is. Well, maybe Seishirou, but even then it's arguable. But Fuuma is not evil. For one, he didn't choose his fate. For two, he did not have a personality implant okay? He's acting as he always have been. He might be more uninhibited, but he's not doing anything that makes him a different person. That's the point that Kamui hasn't been getting because he's been blind to who Fuuma was and is. We, the objective readers, are supposed to understand that, kthnxbai.

Third, can we, for once, have a fantasy genre where the "good guys" pause and question the morality of their acts instead of being so sure they're right and that they must defeat "evil"? For once can the "good guys" be the ones to say "hey, wait, why are we doing this" and think that maybe the way the "bad guys" run things aren't as bad as people make it out to be and realize that maybe just because it's good doesn't mean it's allowed to stay and that there is such a thing as moral relativism. In short, can we not have righteous heroes once in a while? Just because one challenges and questions the established social values, just because a person is not your Jesus Christ figure DOES NOT MAKE HIM/HER A BAD PERSON.

*breathes*

In short, fuck, people, morals are a human concept, there's no such thing as objectivity, only what you personally can or cannot accept.

Edit:

A testament to either my mood swings or the fact that I am OCD. After spending a few more hours obsessively checking the tags on my music (I seemed to have miss tagged a few), I've now calmed down and don't care anymore. =.=

Sooo, question: Should I make more specific lists of my anime music for you to look through?

Also, a little early, but anyway, Xmas icons!
