Yes, yes, I'm still at it. Slicing brains actually really helps to free up the mind to think of these useless things. Anyway, some things I've picked so far:

- Ye Cha (Er, tiger, yeah)

- Yu Hu (Jade/Imperial Fox - since I'm running fox skills)

- Bi Yu (Pretty Jade)

- Xi Feng (Lady from Dream of the Red Chamber)

- Ying Lian (Another from DotRC)

- Zi Juan (Another from DotRC - what? It's a good source of female names.)

- Koduka Reika (Fox Grave Soul Flower)

- Nara Musouka (Attack name from really old anime)

- Kitsunebi Hana (Will-'o-the-wisp Flower)

Hey Anet,

Notice how Assassin profession is the only class in which gloves have no inherent bonus? Here's a trick: how's about sticking them with either a. +health or b. +energy (assacasta right?) or c. +block chance or d. +crit chance?

Really, any of those will make assassins lag less behind all the other professions.

I was going to use the icy dragon sword I got from traveler's gift, but then realized it would be worth more sold. So I sold the thing and then realized that I trashed Jora's sword too quickly and now she has no sword. *facepalm* Must...get...sword...for...Jora...

Guess it's time to farm some more. Bleh.

In other news, finally finished Raisu (fucking Togo kept dying) and Thunderhead (hg;ladhfladjfadsf, stupid king). Don't wanna bother with missions right now, so whatever. :p

I should be studying like crazy for the lab exam. Instead, I browse GWGuru and am boggled by the fail that is the world around me.

Okay, I'm no economist. My only foray into economic theory is understanding that low demand + surplus = lower prices. But, if I'm not mistaken, the symptom of depression isn't so much things are worthless as much as money is worthless. In other words, when the money at hand isn't enough to buy the materials in the market, therefore decreasing the sell rate, and causes a net negative growth in production, which leads to an economic downward spiral where the poorer people get, the less they buy, the less companies make and thus less people employed, and thus the poorer people get. Etc.

None of this stuff actually applies to a RPG in-game "economy" which does not rely on a net growth of in-game profit to keep producing material goods. In fact, you can have zero money and still get along just fine.

Would it really hurt people to wiki this stuff? Also, feel free to correct me if I'm bumbling up the terminology.

Sekrit message to Tanith: I'm planning to do a couple hours of farming between Destroyers and Raptors and see which one is more profitable (in the end it's all about the money, since everything else I could technically buy it...somehow). So. I have no idea if Vaettirs pay well. What's your average earnings on them?

So far I'm getting ~3k per hour at both places, with raptors eeking out just a slightly more payback. Destroyers drop more frequently (higher level?) but raptors have a boss, so sometimes I get stuff like scrolls which sell for a shitload. However, saurian bones are rather useless (other than merching), whereas destroyer cores can be traded in for stuff. Yet, because I kill off more raptors per hour, I get a shit load more winters day stuff (especially eggnog and snowman summoners, but candy cane shards seem to drop about the same, despite killing less destroyers). Also, while destroyers are a tad slower, one can definitely get drops unless one hits lag, while raptor runs tend to fail ~30% of the time due to sliver refusing to target Rekoff Broodmother. But raptor seems to drop slightly more gold, as I've yet to fill up inventory without getting golds yet on raptors, whereas this happens with destroyers.

Yes, you read that right. I formed a "Yaoi" guild. Meaning my guild's name is "Yaoi". Yes, I am insane. And yes, I do this because I can. And yes, you are always welcomed to join so long as you have the yaoi cred, i.e. you know what the heck yaoi is and like it as much as the next fangirl.

Now, I say that I need your help because in order for me to buy a guild hall (and I've already paid for the sigil, so one can consider the money already spent), I must first design a cape to represent my guild. So I need your ideas and input! Under the cut are some samples that I've fiddled around with. Please let me know which part of which cape you think would go well with what other part of what cape. In short, halp!

I've tried to make the cape as "gay" as possible. So yes, haaaaalp.

P.S. Other than the cape border, every other part of the cape can have color changes (but only solid colors, so no polkadots or anything, woe).

Greens: None. They're all so fugly. Even the Black Moa Chick is...bleh. There's already a Moa pet, why do I need a mini of it?

Golds: Celestial Rat - already have, thankie Tanith; Water Djinn - yeah, impossible; Polar Bear - that's what pets are for; Panda - keep dreaming; The Black Beast of Arrgh - but really, any roller beetle is cute. White Rabbit was a disappointment.

Purples: Ooze - cuuuuuute. Everything else is bleh.

Whites: Juggernaut - am I the only one that thinks they're cute?; Irukandji - sushi; Raptor - just 'cuz...well, assassin; Roaring Ether - fiery lion of dooom! Everything else is ewwwwww.

And pets that I wish to one day capture (either on me or on heroes): Rainbow Phoenix - bwahahaha, will never get this; Polar Bear; Mountain Eagle; Melandru's Stalker; White Tiger; Reef Lurker; Crane; Raven; Hyena. Currently already have Lion, Black Moa, and Phoenix. Edit: Just got Reef Lurker, Crane, and Raven.

So there's a thread talking about making your own PvE skills to help each profession to actually be able to do their job (such as assassins actually assassinating as opposed to just corpse provision). Anyway, I thought it's a fun exercise and hell, it's not like PvPers get affect anyway, so I'm gonna come up with my own ideas. :p

Used standard Norn Tourney assassin build. Specced at: Critical Strikes - 10+1+1, Dagger Master - 12+1, Shadow Arts - 6+1, Ebon Vanguard Title Track - 4, Norn Title Track - 2. Yes, I raised the title track to 4 without turning in my handbook. I rock. Now I can devote those points into Asuran/Norn tracks.

Of course, at this point it's pure luck since I managed to only scrape by with 74hp. Had I not had my Norn Title Track on, I may easily have been killed. T_T

Somethings to do now I've finished my recent goal:
1. Figure out a PvE build for the Norn Tourney, which will involve doing all the skill quests.
2. Learn Polymock, for I am a sick, sick collector. Dungeon crawl...
3. Run some powerstone/commendation characters. Must harvest plague idols and putrid cysts for armor.
4. Finish Nightfall on the paragon one day.
5. Create a survivor character. (Currently it seems the ranger survives insanely well. May make a second ranger for this.)
6. Do Prophecies when I'm really, really, really bored. (Nevah!)
