So, went to the doctors again.

Doctor: "Well, you see, fever is actually a helpful defense, so you shouldn't artificially lower the fever."

Cashew: *twitch*


Anyway, so Cashew is off of fever medication and is on antibiotics.

Cashew: "Uh, how do you know if this is a bacterial infection or viral?"

Doctor: "I don't."

Cashew: "Then why am I on antibiotics."

Doctor: "Just in case."
