So, Cashew's getting paranoid about her "cold" since she has flu like symptoms, but has no coughing or runny nose. So, it's not an upper respiratory tract infection, but there's a fever, which can't be a good thing.

The doctor's diagnosis? Healthy and nothing's wrong, take some Tylenol.

Uh, asshole, I have a fucking fever, my skin is over sensitive, I'm in enough pain that focusing on my work is difficult and you're telling me to take Tylenol?
