I'm trying to change all my passwords to something more secure (not that my previous ones weren't, but I'm paranoid) and WaMu won't fucking let me because their system is so fucking broken!

I don't fucking have a debit card because I won't ever use it so I never bothered getting one and making my life harder! Stop asking me for one because I never applied for one! This should be in your fucking account books!!!!!!!

You seem to fail to realize that just because you've read a book does not mean its value decreased. If it did? It failed as a book.
