Dream Within a Dream

I have no idea why I thought it was a good idea to watch Chi Bi (aka Red Cliff). You'd think I'd've learned to realize John Woo sucks and nothing he made could possibly be good. What can I say? I got a semi-recommendation for it and I kinda want to put my head through a wall. =.=

tl;dr version: Burn it. Burn it dead.

Upon reviewing RotK, I realized something. Cao Cao basically served under a stupid emperor, a eunuch government, and a dumb, dumb general who was way to trusting of family. After telling said general that if he sends in outside forces, then there's going to be chaos and being ignore, followed by offering to follow said general to a not so trusty meeting and being rejected, thus resulting in said general's death...

Let's just say I can see why Cao Cao basically said "fuck this, I'm taking over if you're all going to be incompetents".
