Yet more health update
So, it's been confirmed that the problem is hyperthyroidism. Not a virus or cold or anything like that, but a out of whack thyroid that's driving up my heartrate.

The doctor said it could be Graves' disease.

And I'm going to be sent to Endocrinology to get things checked out, and possibly have surgery if necessary.

Surgery.

W-T-F?!?!?! O_O

Um... I really hope it's not as serious that that... *crosses fingers*... but at least it's a curable condition, right? ...Right?

Maybe you should also get a second opinion on the diagnosis... I mean, this sounds serious.

*hugs*

Yeah, I know. I took the day off to synthesize the information. And try to figure out how to tell my parents without freaking them out. >.>;

Maybe I'll just stick to hyperthyroidism and not mention Grave's disease.

Second diagnosis or not, it doesn't change that the TSH levels in my blood is undetectable, so my negative feedback is fucked up. It's still going to need treatment.

Thank you, I shall try. The medication has been working well, so that's one good news.
